Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto
This is a perfect antipasto for a dinner in the garden at summertime, simple and easy to make yet it tastes delicious
Serves 4 people
12 asparagus
12 slices of prosciutto
Wash and trim the asparagus.
Boil water in a pot, and add the asparagus and cook until tender, but still a bit crispy - which means just a few minutes.
Drain the water, and leave the asparagus to dry.
Wrap each asparagus with a slice of prosciutto.
Serve with a fresh white wine.
