The Ginori-family has a long history, and has been taking part of the Republican Government and active in politics.

In 1999 the family reformed the wineproduction of the azienda, and now has about 2.000 hectars of vineyards, where 15 hectars consists of merlot, sangiovese and cabernet sauvignon.
